Forward head posture is becoming more common as our population increasingly adopts technology and cranes their head and neck when using handheld devices or a desktop computer. It can cause stress and pain in the upper back and neck and a sensation of pulling in between the shoulder blades. Pain can be alleviated with the use of ice, heat, massage, or acupuncture.
