Back pain is a common and sometimes debilitating experience for many people. The author himself personally experienced a great deal of back pain about 20 years. He had to undergo intensive spinal surgery. In his profession, specifically helped one woman who had legs that were noticeably different lengths. Her doctor recommended strengthening exercises to eliminate future problems from the cyst on her back. The author believes that this doctor’s was ultimately what helped her be able to function as well and highly as she does today.
