Back pain during pregnancy is normal but it shouldn’t be debilitating. If anyone is experiencing debilitating backpain that stops them from moving around amd carrying out one’s normal routine then one should make some changes. Those changes would include changing the way one lifts things or try to not lift things at all. There are also some exercises one could do for one’s back pain during and after pregnancy. Pregnancy shouldn’t be more painful than it needs to be.
