Equal amount of tension or pulling between the muscles of your body. When one pair or set of muscles is pulling, is shorter or lengthened because of some repetitious activity like (sitting, standing or repetitious manufacturing) then this constant muscle balance between your muscle groups is disturbed.... not even.... not equal... if your muscles are anything but balanced then you will have muscle imbalances affecting the function of your joints/body movement causing injury, then inflammation then pain...... the root of the pain is coming from muscle imbalances....</description>
