Most people don’t live or can’t go to Texas for this treatment. Some may think that it is just another way for a chiropractor to “hoodwink” someone into trying out a chiropractor. I have never personally tried the ATM2…. but to me it looks like a decompression machine.

If you want to do something that does not involve a doctor, try a decompression table. They are effective in combating soreness in the back from pulled muscles, VSC and DDD. Personally I would try the decompression table first.
