As a member of the military I am feeling that “I told you so” is in order for our current wars. While the front of the line is hindered by lower back pain women may see a relief of lower back pain during PMS. The Archives of Internal Medicine has published a study that relates emotional stress to lower back pain. It found that a higher percentage of soldiers could return to the front line when treated in psychiatric hospitals as opposed to those treated in medical facilities. While a soldiers life and a civilians life are very different… I conclude that emotional stress is one of many lower back pain causes.

For women, lower back pain caused by PMS. There is a solution. A medicated tampon to deliver a pain reliever to the uterus. Since menstrual pain can cause discomfort in the stomach, lower back and legs, I see this as a good push for a product that will help women who experience low back pain during this monthly cycle.
