Lower back pain therapy treatments are not focused on a bigger picture… while your body is apart of it you need to consider the other aspects of you like your mind and diet. The physical alignments like back pain, arthritic pain and myofacial pain is about identifying the underlying causes… muscle imbalances is a chief culprit… chiropractors do not always recognize this… they know it is dysfunctional and so they realign the dysfunctional joints… whereas the muscles are able to pull out the joints that where just put back into place…

A focus on pain and to have it go away is a natural response to anything discomforting. It is a big job to change an existing focus on pain to seeing other sources that may not seem imperative. Mental stress from parenting, working to much or having a set of belief’s that are negative. These negative belief’s give the effect of poor mental function and inability to eat correctly… Therefore the diet is affected. A negatively stressed life results in poor nutritional choices from not enough water (to hydrate your discs and joints), poor food choices that give gastrointestinal problems (IBS) or not enough nutrients from food that is consumed.
