Working out on the go or away from home is no longer the problem it once was that required people to find a hotel with a gym. With new advances in exercise physiology there are a lot of known ways to workout without the extra gear. Always pack workout wear, for starters. And if people are really concerned with time while traveling, fit in a few crunches, stretches or pushups at rest stops. People can use body weight and make their own circuit training. There’s no need to panic at the lack of a gym if they get creative.
