Many fathers are susceptible to lower back pain throughout their child’s formative years. Bend over to pick them up, playing in the back yard, and other typical fatherly duties can put some strain on the lower back. Fortunately, dads have some stretches and exercises that can help prevent or treat the pain before it gets worse.
Practice good posture throughout the day to prevent unnecessary strain on your spine. Do some wall sits and body squats in order to strengthen your back and make it limber throughout the day. A little bit of beginner’s yoga can also keep yourself limber to chase down your little tyke.
