Carrying on from our last article centered on travel pain and ways to manage it while driving, this week we shall take a look at how to manage the discomfort and chronic pain that is the result of sitting as a passenger in a vehicle for prolonged periods of time.

Step outside and shake your body
The longer you stay in one position, the more stiffer and painful your body starts to become. The human body was not designed to sit in the same position, especially not in a moving box. Doing so will only lead to spasms, aches and pains.

Carry an ice pack
