If you need instant relief from back pain make sure you know if it is muscle or nerve pain. Nerve pain is sharp, concise and sometimes prevents movement. That is your body’s way of preventing further damage. If the pain is dull, achy or constant then chances are it is muscle related. These are know as trigger points. You can relieve pain from trigger points whenever you want to provided you know how to do it. That is one reason why I recommend the books from Dr. Kelly Starrett (SEE ABOVE). You also need devices to get into the muscle tissues such as lacrosse balls, rollers, banding and other shapes and sizes of balls to relax that muscle tissue. That is why I am recommending a trigger point therapy kit. Everyone with back pain should get a trigger point therapy kit or make up your own kit. Amazon is a great resource to build your own kit.
