*Acupuncture – The Chinese tradition of healing back pain. When needles are inserted into specific parts of the body, it is believed that the blocked energy which causes the pain will be released.


*Breath Therapy – This technique is quite safe and it will not cost you any money. It makes use of the mind and body connection which can ultimately reduce pain.


*Exercises – Stretching and strengthening exercises are known to provide benefits to people with back pain. They can help strengthen weakened muscles, like muscle imbalances. In addition, exercises can also help improve bodily functions.
